Students in grades 6-8 earn admittance to this club by scoring above grade level in reading based on their lexile level. The lexile level or lexile score will be determined after students take MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) Assessments. The MAP is a computer based assessment that is adapted by on each student’s learning level—precisely measuring student progress and growth for each individual.
Lexile Leapers - Students in grades 6-8 earn admittance to this club by showing growth of at least one grade level in Reading/lexile level from one MAP administration to the next MAP administration.
